Products Description

The high-temperature tunnel drying lineis an industrial drying equipment centered on "tunnel-type cavity + continuous conveying + high-temperature control". It is mainly used for efficient dehydration, curing or pre-treatment of materials. Its core feature is the ability to realize continuous drying operations in a relatively high-temperature environment (usually 150-500℃, with some special models reaching up to 800℃), and it is widely applicable to industrial scenarios with high temperature requirements.

In terms of core composition, it mainly includes three key parts: first, the tunnel-type heating cavity, which is made of high-temperature resistant thermal insulation materials (such as ceramic fiber, high-temperature resistant stainless steel) to reduce heat loss. At the same time, it is divided into multiple independent temperature control zones, and the temperature of each zone can be adjusted according to material requirements; second, the continuous conveying system, which is equipped with high-temperature resistant conveyor belts (such as metal mesh belts, ceramic pallets) to convey materials through the tunnel at a constant speed, ensuring uniform drying time; third, the temperature control and hot air system, which provides high-temperature heat sources through electric heating, gas heating and other methods, and is matched with a hot air circulation device to ensure uniform temperature inside the tunnel and avoid uneven local drying of materials.

In terms of application scenarios, it is commonly used in fields such as building materials (e.g., curing of fire-proof boards, drying of ceramic green bodies), chemical industry (e.g., curing of coatings, drying of resins), and metal processing (e.g., surface dehydration and rust prevention of hardware parts). For example, 20cm-thick fire-proof boards in the building materials industry can complete curing and drying within 30 minutes through a high-temperature tunnel drying line at 300-400℃, and its efficiency is much higher than that of traditional intermittent equipment.

Its core advantages lie in "high efficiency + stability + strong adaptability": the continuous conveying design supports 24-hour uninterrupted operation, with a daily processing capacity of thousands of square meters/tons; the segmented temperature control accuracy can be controlled within ±5℃, ensuring consistent material drying quality; at the same time, the tunnel length, conveyor belt width and maximum temperature can be customized according to material size and drying requirements, adapting to different industrial production needs.
