This is an automotive tailgate spring flocking production line. We have just completed the commissioning work, which went very smoothly, and the produced products are also of excellent quality.
The Automotive Tailgate Spring Flocking Production Line is a specialized production equipment designed for the flocking treatment on the surface of automotive tailgate springs. Its core function is to form a uniform fluff layer on the spring surface through the flocking process, which reduces the noise generated by friction between the spring and tailgate components while improving the wear resistance of the springs. It meets the requirements for quiet operation and durability of tailgates in new energy vehicles and high-end fuel vehicles.
The production line usually includes four key links:
Automatic Loading: The to-be-processed tailgate springs are accurately transported to the flocking station via a conveying device, without the need for manual handling.
Electrostatic Flocking: Using the principle of electrostatic adsorption, fluff is evenly attached to the spring surface, ensuring that the flocking covers every corner without dead spots.
High-Temperature Curing: Drying equipment is used to fully bond the fluff with the adhesive on the spring surface, ensuring the flocking adhesion and preventing falling off.
Quality Inspection: A visual system is used to quickly check the flocking thickness (usually controlled within 0.1-0.3mm) and flatness, and screen out unqualified products.
The core advantages of this production line lie in its high degree of automation: a single line can achieve a daily output of over 3,000 pieces, and it supports quick model changeover for multi-model tailgate springs (the changeover time is generally less than 10 minutes). Compared with traditional manual flocking, it not only reduces labor costs by more than 30% but also stabilizes the product qualification rate above 99.5%, effectively ensuring the consistency and reliability of automotive tailgate springs.
